The Housekeeping and Accommodation course equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, comfort, and service within hospitality establishments. The course introduces trainees to the operations and management of housekeeping departments in hotels, lodges, resorts, hospitals, cruise ships, and other accommodation facilities.

Learners develop competencies in cleaning procedures, guestroom preparation, laundry operations, public area maintenance, and the use of housekeeping equipment, chemicals, and materials. Emphasis is placed on occupational safety and health, communication, teamwork, time management, and guest relations—core elements necessary for providing an exceptional guest experience.

The course combines theory and practical training, enabling trainees to understand industry standards, apply professional cleaning techniques, and adapt to emerging trends such as sustainable housekeeping practices, digital housekeeping systems, and quality assurance tools. By the end of the course, learners are prepared to perform housekeeping tasks professionally and contribute to the overall efficiency and reputation of an accommodation establishment.

The culinary arts course provides learners with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in the preparation, cooking, presentation and service of high quality food. The course integrates theoretical foundations with hands on kitchen experience to equip trainees with the competencies required in professional food production environments including hotels, restaurants, catering operations, and hospitality institutions. 

Learners are introduced to kitchen organization, safety and hygiene, tools and equipment, basic to advanced cooking methods, menu planning, ingredient selection, food costing, and modern culinary trends. Emphasis is placed on creativity, precision, teamwork,and adherence to industry standards.
